Ask Your Soul Hypnosis is committed to providing each client with compassion and understanding and is dedicated to offering services that promote healing and well-being.
However, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. As the Sole Proprietor of Ask You Soul Hypnosis, in a one-income household, the loss of income is a hardship. In my visions for the future, I am doing this work for donations, but at this point the income is needed.
In the desire to be ethical and fair to all of my clients and for reasons mentioned above, I have now adopted these Terms and Conditions for Ask Your Soul Hypnosis.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Energy Transfer Resets (ETR)
Full payment for the ETR Session is required at booking. In most cases, a 72-hour advance notice is required when cancelling your appointment. There is a cancellation fee of $20.00 if you are not re-scheduling your appointment. I will return your session fee minus $20.00 by the day of your scheduled and cancelled appointment. If you re-schedule your appointment, there is no cancellation fee. You can only reschedule once and if you cancel a second time a $30.00 cancellation fee will be deducted, and the balance returned to you by the day of your scheduled and cancelled second session.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be considered ineligible to receive a refund for what is acknowledged as a “missed” appointment.
Out of respect and consideration for me and other clients, please plan accordingly and give ample notice if any changes or cancellations need to be made.
