Ask Your Soul is committed to providing each client with compassion and understanding and is dedicated to offering services that promote healing and well-being. However, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. As the Sole Proprietor of Ask You Soul, in a one-income household, the loss of income is a hardship. In my visions for the future, I am doing this work for donations, but at this point the income is needed. In the desire to be ethical and fair to all of my clients and for reasons mentioned above, I have now adopted these Terms and Conditions for Ask Your Soul.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Meditation Session:
Full payment for the Meditation Session is required at booking. In most cases, a 72-hour advance notice is required when cancelling your Phone or Zoom Session.
Meditation Individual Phone or Zoom Session:
There is a cancellation fee of $10.00 if you are not rescheduling your appointment. I will request a refund from Square for your session fee minus $13.00 (10.00 for the cancellation fee plus the Square fee of 3.00 that I was charged to accept your payment) by the day of your scheduled and cancelled appointment. If you reschedule at the time of canceling your appointment, there is no cancellation fee. You can only reschedule once. If you cancel a second time a $20.00 cancellation fee will be deducted, and I will request a refund from Square by the day of your scheduled and cancelled second session. Any refund, according to Square , takes 7 to 10 days to be credited to your account.
NO REFUND ON MEDITATION GROUP SESSIONS. You can apply your cost of a group session to another type of session I facilitate within 4 months. This is done by calling me and discussing your options and, at the time of booking, I will apply your discount. You can only reschedule one time. After a 2nd cancellation, there is no refund.
No-Show Policy for Meditation Phone, Zoom, or Group Session:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be considered ineligible to receive a refund for what is acknowledged as a “missed” appointment.
Out of respect and consideration for your practitioner and other clients, please plan accordingly and give ample notice if any changes or cancellations need to be made.
