WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, voluntarily agree to be the subject of a Merkabah Healing (MB) session. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to full release and hold harmless Katy GhostHorse and/or Ask Your Soul for Healing from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session.
DISCLAIMER / WARRANTY
Katy GhostHorse is neither a trained psychologist nor a medical doctor. I understand that personal results will vary and there are no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties of results. I have been fully informed of the nature and usefulness of a Merkabah Healing (MB) session. Further, I am aware that my MB session is spiritually based in nature and any information that comes through is coming from my Soul and/or Guides and Katy’s Soul and/or Guides. If I get information regarding any changes in my health protocol, I take full responsibility and will take it upon myself to consult my healthcare provider if deemed necessary after my MB session.
METHODS USED
Katy GhostHorse employs her intuitive abilities and spiritual/life coaching techniques to facilitate the client’s quest for self-improvement. Specific techniques may include Body Relaxation, Directed Meditation, Spiritual Psychology, Behavior Modification, and/or Psychic Insight.
Katy is a ULC Minister, which gives her the right, by law, to coach the client through their process of letting go, releasing, and changing old thought patterns and habits so they can generate health, well-being, and strengthen their connection to their guides/angels who are here to help them. Oregon State Law requires the Minister Certificate hang on the wall of the office I am practicing in. The certificate is on the wall and this is your notification that it is there for you to read if you feel the need to do so. WAIVER/DISCLAIMER - HOW TO SIGN
When you book your MB session on my website you will be asked to sign this Waiver/Disclaimer. Your typed signature acknowledges you have read and understand and accept this Waiver/Disclaimer. If you did not book through my website, I will have a copy of this Waiver/Disclaimer for you to sign on the day of your session.
