Ask Your Soul is committed to providing each client with compassion and understanding and is dedicated to offering services that promote healing and well-being.
However, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. As the Sole Proprietor of Ask You Soul, in a one-income household, the loss of income is a hardship. In my visions for the future, I am doing this work for donations, but at this point the income is needed.
In the desire to be ethical and fair to all of my clients and for reasons mentioned above, I have now adopted these Terms and Conditions for Ask Your Soul.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Merkabah Healing (MB) Session:
Full payment for the MB Session is required at booking. In most cases, a 72-hour advance notice is required when cancelling your MB In-Person or Phone Session.
MB Phone & In-Person Session:
There is a cancellation fee of $30.00 if you are not rescheduling your appointment. I will request a refund from Square for your session fee minus $33.00 (30.00 for the cancellation fee plus the Square fee of 3.00 that I was charged to accept your payment) by the day of your scheduled and cancelled appointment. If you reschedule at the time of canceling your appointment, there is no cancellation fee. You can only reschedule once, and if you cancel a second time there is no refund of your session fee. Any refund, according to Square, takes 7 to 10 days to be credited to your account.
No-Show Policy for MB In-Office or Phone Session:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be considered ineligible to receive a refund for what is acknowledged as a “missed” appointment.
Out of respect and consideration for your practitioner and other clients, please plan accordingly and give ample notice if any changes or cancellations need to be made.
