 WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The client voluntarily agrees to be the subject of an Energy Transfer Reset (ETR) session.  Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to full release and hold harmless Katy GhostHorse and/or Ask Your Soul for Healing from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my ETR session. 

DISCLAIMER / WARRANTY

Katy GhostHorse is neither a trained psychologist or a medical doctor. The Client hereby agrees and requests an ETR and acknowledges that the ETR is a potentially powerful mental and physical and spiritual regulating tool.   The Client understands that it is up to them to follow-through with the recommendations and helpful tools to keep their frequency at 5D or higher so the ETR does not stall.  The Client understands that below 5D frequencies are caused by negative thoughts, emotions, and actions. The Client acknowledges that personal results will vary and there are no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties of results, and it could take many months for all the lower frequencies to clear if the client remains positive and keeps their frequency at 5D or higher with the tools provided.  The Client understands the Energy Transfer Reset clears all lower than 5D frequencies from the body, energy field, and timelines.  It opens the door for quantum healing on all levels.  The Client acknowledges that they control their own healing process.  Every person experiences the ETR in their own unique way and must take responsibility for the results.  After experiencing an ETR there might be ups and downs of emotions due to the clearing of timelines and low frequencies.  The ETR is a gift and what you do with the gift is up to you. The Client is fully informed of the nature and usefulness of an ETR.  Further, the client is aware that the ETR is spiritually based in nature and any information that comes through during the ETR or thereafter is coming from their Soul or Higher Self and/or Guides.  After the ETR, if the client has any changes in their health or health protocol as a result of DNA and cellular releasing of old patterns, thoughts, and lower frequency emotions, the client takes full responsibility and will take it upon themselves to consult their healthcare provider if the client deems necessary after their ETR session.  

METHODS USED

Katy GhostHorse facilitates the ETR as she was trained.  She does not incorporate any other modalities in her ETR sessions.   She coaches her clients regarding ETR before and after the ETR session based on knowledge gained from facilitating ETRs and in her practice as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner, her innate Starseed knowledge, intuitive abilities, energy healing, and/or spiritual coaching techniques to facilitate the Client’s quest for self-improvement.  Specific techniques, before and after the ETR (not during), may include body relaxation, directed meditation, etheric healing, spiritual psychology, behavior modification, and/or psychic insight. 

Katy is a ULC Minister, which gives her the right, by law, to coach the client through their process of letting go and releasing so they can generate health, well-being, and strengthen their connection to their guides/angels who are here to help them. Oregon State Law says the Minister Certificate has to hang on the wall of the office you are practicing in.  It is, and this is your notification that it is there for you to read if you feel the need to do so.  There is also a copy on my website under the Mind-Body Wellness Spiritual/Life Coaching tab.
