From the very moment you decide to schedule a session, setting the intent to be open to communicating with your Soul is key to the success of “Your” session. I use the word Soul interchangeably with the word Subconscious, but you may say Higher Self, Oversoul, Christ Conscious, etc. "They" have said it makes no difference what you call us, they are here to help. It is important to set the intention to have clear and direct communication with that part of you that is able to help you and provide the guidance you seek. When I asked a client's Soul in a session if there is anything, I could advise my future clients on how to better prepare, the Soul said that it is important to note that once a session is booked "They" go to work to help the client be better prepared. Of course, how the Soul does this is individual for each client (there are no two Souls alike), but it could be in the form of messages, dreams, and synchronicities. The Soul also said drink a lot of water in the weeks ahead of the session, but not the day of the session. Water is also important after the session to flush out the body of toxins released.
I am just a facilitator of QHHT, and a successful session depends on YOU. It is important to come in open and willing to communicate with me and with your Soul, without limiting expectations. An example of limiting expectations, as stated on the Collective Evolution website, would be “When we engage in expectation for anything, what tends to happen? Well firstly, it brings us out of the present moment. It clouds our viewpoint and doesn’t really allow us to appreciate what’s in front of us. It can create disappointment as well because we’re not at peace if things don’t go the way we planned. Even though we’re not at peace based on our beliefs, the situation is still always perfect as it allows us to move beyond the limitations of always feeling disappointed, fearful, or just emotionally attached to whatever plays out." The success of "Your" session depends on your ability to clear your mind, trust, allow, receive, and believe; 90% of the success of the session is up to You.
My Vision and Mission is to the help my clients truly believe that ALL their answers come from within. QHHT can help you unlock those answers. I will again repeat my mentor, Dolores Cannon, here “Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. There are no limitations, except the limits of your own imagination.” When you believe that “ANY AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE” and set the intention of “In Your Highest Good,” then you can sit back and relax and watch it unfold, and your life will change forever because you have let go, trusted, allowed, received, and of utmost importance, believed, in what just happened.
You will want to prepare a list of questions and concerns. As your facilitator I ask that you write these down on paper, or preferably typed and printed out, and give it to me at your session. I don't use electronic devices during the session other than my phone on airplane mode for recording purposes. If you don't have a printer, you can email me your list of questions and concerns and I will print them out for you, but that has to be done by the day before your session. Put all your health questions (physical, mental, and emotional) together and at the top of your list because these will be addressed first. After health, put your questions and concerns in order of importance to you. I will do my best to get answers to all questions. Some clients just bring a few questions or issues of concern to the session, and some bring dozens. It really does not matter how many questions you come up with, only that you put them in order of importance and the health questions first. Also please allow an inch or two of space between each question because during our pre-session talk and the regression part of the session, I make notes and it gives me space to do so. If you hand write your questions, please make a copy for yourself (I don't have a copy machine in my office). I keep your questions in your file for future reference if needed.
What kind of questions? Here are a few examples:
Health issues. Why? Can they be resolved? New love relationship. Is this person the right one for me?
Where should I live? Job related questions. Should I quit? What should I do? What would I do? Difficult relationships. Why is this so and can it be resolved? Something strange happened to me recently, or in the past. (This could be a dream, vision, feeling, or experience) What exactly happened, and why? Lifelong interests in (name ANY subject). Can we explore this in depth? Am I on the right spiritual path?
What is my purpose for this life? Who are my spirit guides and/or guardian angels?
Do I have Karma left? How do I improve my intuitive or psychic skills? How can I create more peace or balance or abundance in my life?
Try to pay attention to your dreams before our session and write them down. Some dreams are messages for you and can help me help you in our session. If you do not already meditate it’s a good time to start. At the very least, give yourself daily quiet time to quiet your mind chatter. I also have a Pre-Session Meditation that I send you after booking your session. The Pre-Session Meditation will get you used to my voice, help you meditate and/or quiet your mind, and help you prepare for your QHHT session.
Don’t drink alcoholic or caffeinated beverages before the session, or even, the evening before, if possible. If you are a regular morning coffee drinker, please don’t skip your coffee, but go easy and keep it to a minimum before your session.
It is a long day so eat before you come, and you can bring a snack if you wish. We won't take a break, but you can snack during our pre-session discussion.
Light exercise prior to your appointment, like a long walk, is an excellent way to prepare for a successful session. This is another good time to repeat your intention. We want your body relaxed and your mind quiet.
Take the prescription medications you usually take in the morning on the day of your session. Don't skip your medications.
As much as possible, clear your day for the session. We begin by talking and getting to know each other, discussing life events and family, discussing how QHHT works, and going over your questions. When you are comfortable and relaxed and the pre-session discussion is finished, we begin the actual hypnotic regression. Afterwards we go over what was experienced, and I make sure you are awake, alert, integrated, and grounded before you leave. This entire process can take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours, sometimes longer and sometimes shorter.
It is generally not a good idea to have additional appointments or activities after your regression that require a great deal of concentration. You should take it easy because you are in a very peaceful state, so enjoy the time after the session as long as you can. Having a regression is very much like participating in a long very detailed and involved daydream. You really will feel as if you have just returned from an amazing journey, having visited other worlds and lifetimes, and in fact you will have done just exactly that. It is best to have some time to process your experience and give yourself an opportunity to fully return to your regular conscious day-to-day reality before attempting any complex mental tasks or strenuous physical activity.
After you leave I will review your digital recording and make adjustments to the sound file if necessary before sending the mp3 file to your email address via Box.com. Please download your file as soon as you receive the link and make a copy.
Listening to your session in the days and weeks and even months after your session is an important part of the experience of the Dolores Cannon Technique. Even if your conscious mind remembers the session immediately afterwards, it will begin to fade from your memory (just as some dreams do), even if you had an “unforgettable” experience! Also, any health issues that were answered or life improvement suggestions that were made can and will be reinforced by listening repeatedly to the audio. The goal is to have your conscious mind “get on board” and align with your Higher Self and its goals and accept the changes that occurred during your session.
